How it works
Search for your destination, a country or a region, and pick the data and days you need. The plan page shows the full price in US dollars, the validity and whether hotspot use is allowed.
Your eSIM appears in the app as soon as it is ready. On iPhone it installs in one tap; a QR code and manual codes work as a backup. We also email you the receipt with the install details.
At your destination, use the Simbird line for mobile data and turn on data roaming for it. Most plans start their validity when the eSIM first connects there.
Plans
Simbird has data plans for countries and regions around the world, for example Japan, China, Europe and the United Kingdom. A regional plan covers several countries with one eSIM.

Day pass
Each day you get a set amount of high-speed data. Once it is used, the speed is reduced until the next day starts. Every day pass shows its daily allowance and the reduced speed before you buy.
2 GB a day at high speed
The plan page says when validity starts: for most plans when the eSIM first connects at your destination, for some when you install it.
Share your connection with a laptop or tablet where the plan allows it; the plan page says so.
Coverage and speed depend on the local networks at your destination.
Where the plan offers it, add data to the same eSIM. There is nothing new to install.
Payment
You pay with a card or Apple Pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider, so Simbird never receives your full card number.
At checkoutThe amount is authorized: your bank holds it on your card, but you are not charged yet.
When your eSIM is readyWe charge the amount that was held and deliver the eSIM to the app straight away.
If it can’t be deliveredWe cancel the order and the hold is released. You are not charged.
If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fees.
Refunds
Full refund to your original payment method when you ask within 30 days of delivery.
Full refund once the in-app connection check confirms it or our support team reviews it, within 30 days of delivery. The eSIM is then deactivated.
Data already used, an expired plan, a top-up or a change in your travel plans: a person reviews your request, and a partial refund is possible.
Refunds go back to the original payment method; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them. Customers in the EU and the UK also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
